This is the process in which bait stations are place around the perimeter of the home to keep a much closer eye on the termite activity going on around your house and respond accordingly. This service requires inspection of your home every 3 months and inspection of your house once per year.

Liquid Termite Treatments:
This is the process in which we inspect your home very thoroughly once per year and treat any areas where termites are active. Upon inspection a complementary pest control treatment may be offered.

Liquid Pre-Treatment:
This process involves treating when your house is in the process of being built . this service can be done at several different phases in the building process. Its best to treat when land has freshly been excavated and soil is easily treated. This is before pouring the concrete foundation
